Refund Policy

This is the practical version of how refunds work at FlirtDojo. The legally complete version is section 7 of the Terms of Service; if the two ever disagree, the Terms win. Payments are processed by our payment provider Stripe, and refunds go back to your original payment method.

The short version

Two rules cover almost everything. One: the first time you buy a plan, you have 14 days to change your mind and get the full amount back. No forms, no math, no questions. Two: cancel anytime with one tap in your account settings; nothing renews after that, and you keep access until the period you paid for ends.

First purchase: 14 days, money back in full

  • Applies to your first Week Pass and your first Premium month.
  • Ask within 14 days of the purchase and we refund the whole amount, even if you have already played every day of it.
  • EU consumer law would let us deduct a share for the days you used. We skip that deduction; the math is not worth your time or ours.

Renewals

  • A renewal is not a new purchase, so the 14-day window does not restart with each charge.
  • Instead: cancel anytime with one tap in your account settings. The plan ends at the period boundary and is never charged again. No cancellation fees, no retention maze.
  • Forgot to cancel and just got charged? Write to us. We are reasonable people.

How to ask

Contact us with the email on the account and which purchase you mean. A clear statement that you want a refund is enough. Refunds are paid out via Stripe to your original payment method within 14 days.

When we say no

  • Access lost because you broke the Terms is not refunded.
  • Changes to game content, for example a personality being retired or rebalanced, are part of a live game and not a refund reason.
  • Repeat patterns designed to play for free (buy, binge, refund, repeat) can be declined to the extent the law allows.

Before you dispute a charge

A charge from us appears on your statement as something like FLIRTDOJO.COM. If a charge looks wrong, talk to us before opening a dispute with your bank: we answer fast and we are reasonable. Accounts with an open chargeback may be suspended until the dispute is resolved.

Your statutory consumer rights in your country always apply on top of this policy. Nothing here limits them.
